The event, which took place from 1:00 PM until completion, was attended by staff from the Rutan as well as lecturers from the Psychology Department at UNY.

The event opened with a warm welcome from the Dean of FIPP UNY, Prof. Dr. Nurtanio Agus Purwanto, M.Pd. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of collaboration between educational institutions and correctional facilities in efforts to improve service quality and the development of knowledge.

Subsequently, the Head of Rutan Class II A Yogyakarta, Mr. Soedarto, delivered a speech highlighting the Rutan's commitment to enhancing the efficiency and quality of assessments for inmates. He stated, "We greatly appreciate the collaboration with UNY, especially in the effort to digitalize assessments, which will help us become more efficient and environmentally friendly."

A discussion session led by the Head of the Psychology Department at UNY, Dr. Rosita Endang Kusmaryani, M.Si., became the focal point of the event. This discussion addressed the issue of assessment tools in the Rutan that are still manual and not yet integrated with digital technology. UNY's Psychology Department offered a solution for digitalizing assessments to create a more efficient and paperless process. Additionally, the discussion also covered collaboration in student internships and research within the scope of psychology in the Rutan.

The outcome of this meeting was very promising, marked by the signing of a cooperation agreement and implementation agreement that includes student internships, research, and community service. This collaboration is expected to bring significant benefits to both parties, especially in enhancing student competence and providing better services at Rutan Class II A Yogyakarta.

With this partnership, the assessment process in the Rutan is expected to become more advanced and efficient, providing opportunities for UNY students to apply their knowledge in real-world settings while contributing to the development of applied psychology.
