2nd Place in the Cooking Competition for the FIPP UNY Anniversary

Yogyakarta, 12/07/2024- In celebration of FIPP UNY's 74th anniversary, the entire academic community of FIPP UNY gathered for a joint exercise session at the Green Field of FIPP UNY from 08.00 to 08.30 WIB on July 12, 2024.

In his opening remarks, the Dean of FIPP UNY, Prof. Dr. Nurtanio Agus Purwanto, M.Pd., expressed his hope that the 74th anniversary celebration in 2024 would be more festive and enjoyable for all members of the FIPP UNY academic community. This launch event marks the beginning of a series of activities in celebration of FIPP UNY's 74th anniversary. The activities on this day include a joint exercise session, an inter-department cooking competition, a children's fashion show, and a vocal group competition.

In the cooking competition, the Psychology Department's team from FIPP UNY was represented by lecturers Mr. Banyu Wicaksono and Mrs. Nadya Anjani Rismarini. The team from Psychology served Gnocchi Di Manioca Al Marinara. Gnocchi is a type of pasta usually made from a mixture of potatoes, flour, and eggs. However, in this dish, potatoes were substituted with manioc (cassava) as the starchy ingredient. Gnocchi Di Manioca or Cassava Gnocchi has a slightly sweeter taste compared to potato-based gnocchi. With this dish, the Psychology Department team won second place in the cooking competition at FIPP UNY's 74th anniversary celebration
