Friday (05/01/2024), the Department of Psychology at FIPP UNY conducted a "Pre-Work Meeting" attended by all faculty members of the Department of Psychology at FIPP UNY virtually, held in the Moh. Amien Building, 3rd Floor, FIPP UNY Hall.

The purpose of this activity was to formulate strategies and action plans to enhance the quality of education in the Bachelor's (S1) and Master's (S2) Psychology programs in the year 2024.

The event began with an opening and address from Dr. Rosita Endang Kusmaryani, M.Si., the Head of the Department of Psychology at FIPP UNY. She emphasized the importance of formulating a Strategic Plan (Renstra) for the Bachelor's and Master's programs as a follow-up to Yogyakarta State University's transition to a Legal Entity Higher Education Institution. Subsequently, the participants were divided into up to six groups of faculty members based on their respective fields. This was done to facilitate the reporting process, with presentations from each designated group of faculty members. The agenda continued with the development of work plans for the Bachelor's and Master's programs for the year 2024.

The work meeting aimed to serve as a positive momentum for enhancing the quality of education in the Department of Psychology at FIPP UNY in 2024, and to position the Bachelor's and Master's programs in Psychology as the primary choice for those pursuing a career in the field of psychology.
